Parents in laws.........still a curse or not?

Its a problem which in my opinion every female comes across.Is it not so in your opinion. Be how much educated and efficient you are ,this is a relation which can never have a happy ending.I have so many examples in my real life.Why is the situation still the same as it was few years back. Cant there be some revolution in it. I want to stand against such harassment and speak for all those who agree to me. So let me know what do you people think about it
