how to organise a national martial arts tournament ideas

how and where do i start,what is needed, judging,refeering,how to bring in other styles martial arts experts on board.I need to know what to do to get this event rolling.

This tounament will be held in Mutare ,Zimbabwe and it is for the whole country.
