how much you get per post?

hi all ,
i just wonder how they pay me per post ?
i want to know the rates .. for example :
i make a discussion .. how much i got?
and the reply for your discussions too how much?
i know it depends on quality but in what range?
1 cent? or 5 cents more or less ..
i really don't know

I think I know the answer okay look
1- for discussions 2 cents only if your discussions some do replys for it also 3 cents if you have a good subject to discussons
2- Replys been counted the moment you finish it and you been paid one cent for one reply
if any one have other info about that please tell us thank you
