What do you think about them? If I where to buy a new car now I would seriously consider the new Civic Hybrid. The car is loaded with equipment, performs well enough and has a very good fuel economy. Specially after you get to know the car. It has mp3/wma support, heated seats, electric and retractable external mirrors, CVT automatic gearbox, .... Do you like them? Prefer Toyota's Prius? Or would you prefer they were associated with diesel engines?

I think that they are a great idea and I'd buy one in a flash if it weren't for the cost. I've not heard of the Honda one before (I don't think that one's out yet in Australia) but from what you've described it sounds like it has some great features!

If you say so...:) I know it is here in Europe and also in US. At the moment it's only being produced in Japan. I hope they start to produce hybrid's in more places.

If I were to buy a car I would also choose one of those! I believe hibrid cars are needed because we already have enough polution! I would also like to see some hidrogen cars but maybe that will be in a longer future....

You're right. I was talking about various things but I didn't even mentioned pollution. Which is something very important, now and more everyday.

I've used a Toyota Prius for around 3 years now. I recently purchased the Camry Hybrid for my sister. She says it's fun to drive although a little too quiet. She got too used to driving an suv and my 350Z.
