Water indoxication can be deadly

Did you hear on the news that this lady in California dyed of Water indoxication, I never heard of that. But it's true. too much water can kill you. it affects the brain the heart, and something else I can't remember, did you hear about it. she was in some contest from this radio station, and drinked too much water and died. Can anyone else elaborate on this disscussion?

Yes I heard about it too. But, that is all I know, it was a contest and she drank too much water. So weird, isn't it?

I have heard of this. It is especially dangerous to give too much water to a infant because so much of their body is made up of water.
