What do you do at night when you can't sleep?

I sometime find it difficult to sleep at night,and will spend the whole night up watching movies and seaching interesting TV stations.How do you employ yourself when you cant sleep at night.

I either watch TV or read. It's amazing what's on TV at three o'clock in the morning. I suffer from insomnia pretty badly, unfortunately. But I've got cable in my bedroom so I can always find something to watch until I'm actually tired. Sometimes I'll get up and stretch my legs, too.

i would suggest a herbal sleeping aid . 5http is excellent and no side effects. of course you must check with your doctor if you take any pre meds.we all need to shut down at night and get our zzzs so roaming around the house is not helping you .i love my sleep.

Though it is rare for me, but whenever I face such problem, I too start TV watching. Speciall on discovery channel. When some problem remains unsolved with us. We could not sleep. Better to solve the problem before going to bed. Do not keep pending any work, if possible. Pending work/problem disturbs the sleep. We should try to relax first before going to bed. It will help in deep sleeping. We should also try to forget as much as possible the most biggest problem which we are facing. Try to divert the attention towards good part of life, this will help in sleeping. If there are problems, there are solutions also.
