are you friends with her? have you started going out with her too? if yes, then it is best to stay as friends and still be a good one to her, then when you feel that you are already comfortable with her, tell her how you will and im sure she will understand you.

just tell her what you feel so you will have at peace. You will never know the answer if you never try to tell her your feelings. So while you still have the chance tell her now and dont wait.

ofcourse why not. but the only thing u have to do is dont tell her ur feelings directly in a single word or a single sentence. u just wait for sometime let u make her to understand ur feelings slowly. then automatically it will become

You haven't told her that you like her or even just take her out for a date. Ok. Here's a thing, I like guys to act normal or simply casual just like friends does. Approach her in a simple talk. Be a good friend. And earn her trust first. The rest will follow.
