Yogurt

I used a yogart maker. Very easy and just as good as from the store.

In india a lot of people do homemade yogurt. The other recipe that you received was very different from what my mother uses. I haven't ever done it myself but here it goes: Bring the milk to boil Let it cool down and while it is still luke warm add the yogurt with active cultures (you don't need as much as a quarter cup just a tablespoon is enough) Cover and leave it to set in a not so cold place. The difference here would be that this would be a much thinner lighter yogurt comapred to the other recipe.
