Challenging myself motivates me to be better. I know I can do things the right way but I need to be better and exceed my own expectations. What about you?

yes i believe in that howiedy. it is good if we challenge ourselves day by day. set our goals and whenever we reach them, set the bar a little higher again and higher once more. it's our goals, ambitions and dreams in life that give meaning to our lives. these fuel us to do better, to work harder, to live life with a purpose. let us exceed our own expectations. move forward and never backwards. another way to motivate ourselves is to look up to the person we idolize, to those we wish we could become. they help us get inspired and having the right inspiration we can have endless energy to accomplish our daily undertakings. OF course not to forget our family. they are the backbone and the purpose why we continue our battle with this tough, demanding world.

Yes, we can look up to our idols and family for inspiration. Half the battle is won if we believe in ourselves and challenge ourselves to the limits. Be optimistic and do not forget to smile! :)

I think that is a healthy attitude to have. As i feel there is always the scope for improvement and one should always strive for perfection in whatever one does in life. If we do things that interests us, inspires us then work on it we naturally would get bettr at it over time. Moreover trying to be better than anyone else limits our scope as we try to just ape somebody which criteria complex mostly inferiority and if exceeds them of superiortiy complex which is unhealthy. One should have tremnedous self belief, self confidence in one's ability so that one can strive to better oneself. Also trying out new things, new ways of doing things help us to discover our hidden talents and helps us become better person and hopefully good human being. good luck.

It is indeed a healthy attitude. Striving for perfection should be a daily habit. Good point in saying that we should also try new things, we will never know if that thing suits us well until we try it:)
