Do you use a face cream everyday?

I am only 20, no finelines yet. Based on my experience I get pimples by putting sunscreen on my face. I do also believe in photo aging. I think drinking a lot of water and getting enough sleep is also one way to reduce skin aging.

ya its right that ur skin is very common thing to read ur face expression and ur age. some companies made some product to save your face skin from dust and sunlight. These product help to maintain ur face beauty and personality specially for women. Men face beauty is not matter as compare with women face beauty

I don't use it daily but I use it often. The face cream I do use though has no SPF, nor does the make up I use. There is a reason for this. You do need some sun on your skin. It is healthy to have some exposure. When I wear makeup or lotion with SPF's I get no sun through. I end up with purple skinned face after awhile. It's what happens when you get no sun what so ever. It turns pasty white with a purple hue to it. Nasty and not very becoming. The skin is supposed to get some sun, it has vitamins in it that you need. Something to remember. Oh and before you ask I'm 38 but I'm often taken for 20.

Yes, I go to work and it is part of my daily routine to put cream on my face SPF 15. My base is a cream with SPF and i my make up finish is also a powder with SPF 15. All the products i buy from powder to lotion should all have SPF to protect my skin from the harmful effects of the sun. It might be a bit tiresome to undergo all this routine but it will all be worth it. Its for our protection against aging, and cancer as well.

From january this year, yes I use allmost everyday cream face(Nivea)
