Does birth control make you gain weight?

study shows that woman take birth control lose weight as often as they gain it.addictionally, different birth control leads to different side effects,so how avoid to gain weight from that problem?

sport is the best way to lose weight and keep your body fit and make that body in to a nice shape,so just choose a sport excise.which is suit you the better.

That's so true, I take birth control and I found the Depro Vera caused me to gain weight and have migraines. Myself, I tried it for the 3 months, I worked out right along with it however with the mirgraines I had to change. I would say talk to your doctor and let them know the symtoms you are having, if you gain weight start working out and eating properly or just change the type of birth control you are using. Bottom line talk with your doctor about which is best for you and your body...good luck

you can choose other way to do that like going for the sport or just eat less food or fat.keep fit in your body.and eat more vegetables.
