                    When I am stressed, I first of all think of the worst that could happen, then improve on it.  Then, I focus on thinking positive things and happy thoughts.  And, I get out and do something that gets my mind on things other than myself.  Exersize helps too.  So does chocolate.

                    When I am stressed I take a long long bubble bath and read a good book.  I get lost in the stories and characters.  Or I call that special someone and talk or give each other messages.

                    i follow these things
1.drink lots of water.
2.go for a drive
3.hear some soft number.
4.think that there is no tention and sleep.
5.hang out with friends
6.watch tv,surf the internet
7.if possible take a vaccation for2-3 days

                    I love playing First Person Shooters on my laptop such as Duke Nukem 3D, and Unreal Tournament on my PS2.

                    best way to eliminate stress is do your favorite job and dont do the thing which u hate.listen to music play games ,have fun releases stress,this is what i does hope u understood.be free to everyone.

                     According to me,the best way to release from the full stress is engage yourself in prayer or meditation. These are the most powerful activities for attaining peace. If you practice prayer regularly, you don't get stress.

                    I think the best thing to do is Yoga and Pranayam....They are real stress busters. Buy a video CD which costs like $10 or so and do yoga and pranayam.
IF you don't,u have another option of getting a holiday at a lonely and far-off place alone.
U can also go to a spa and have a vody-massage and do some meditation.

                    Well best way to release stree is dont think too much about work and gals. Go out and have some fresh air for 5-10 minutes and if get chance meditate yourself it will make you feel relaxed. But dont think about gals because it will excite you. :)

                    when i'm full of stress, i stop caring about everything and just think about me. yes, (may sound too self-centered but it does help). i think only about me and me alone and then i do somethings that i consider relaxing, like going to spa sessions or going to a parlor, having a manicure, going to a resto and just eating, and simply when i don't feel like going out, i just ge home, light some candles, turn on the aircon and simply wach my favorite movie then fall asleep.

                    you are being stressed because there are things beyond your control, when this things go haywire, just accept it, think the worst thing that will happen and prepare yourself. you will be relieved when the storm passed that the things that you have thought did not happen.
