Posting pictures

Hi all, I have not been on in a while. I just got busy with other stuff. I checked in this morning and I see some changes but I can't seem to post a picture with my posts. I don't even see the option. Is posting pics no longer an option?

I'm new but I *think* it said you have to reach 500 posts before you can post a picture now.
