hey mates,i heard that ter r no mosquitoes in france..!!!!how come tats possible???dont tey hav any drains r stagnant waters over ter or may be tats bcoz of any geographical reason???somebody plz clear my doubt

well my friend its clean and they keep spraying medicines but i went 03 yrs bak and did get to see a few.
