You know about the site Feecycle????

I heard about Freecycle just before the holidays and joined the list for my area. I gain joy from giving to others and helping to meet the needs of others. I have not posted for a "wanted" item yet, but have offered several items to others. The people I have met through this list have been extremely gracious and kind. Some of the people I have met have fallen on hard times and are finding it difficult to get back on their feet. I feel that I am helping them in a small way to rebuild their lives. I do clean the items I am offering as most have been stored away and not used for a long period of time. I would like to give to a stranger an item in the same condition I would give to a loved one. This is much better than throwing items away just because I don't use it anymore. I am happy to have an opportunity to paricipate in my community in this manner.

Asalaam Alaikum, this is sure a blessing to be able to give and recieve charity. I am quite sure this will help alot of people. There are many people who have items that are of good use and others can use them. It is a reward for the person giving it as well as a blessing for the one recieving it.
