Which is the best country for migration?

I am planning to migrate to a country, where i can have a stable income, one which is peaceful place to raise a family! put yourselves in my shoes for a sec and answer me this if you were to migrate to a country what qualities would you look for? Your replies would be appreciated!

i prefer Canada because the population of theat country is less and they need more people to work in the soceity. my uncle and his family is already there and he is offering anyone of us to go there.
