Suggestions from Indians

I got married 2 years back and came to US.I have my parents back in India.They are seeking some financial help from me..actually not some...more.My father had some bank loans to clear.He is expecting me to clear them so that he can pay me later whenever he is ok financially.You know if they take loans from the outside party,interest is more than the actual amount.So he is asking me to help.But i am afraid my husband will not allow me as I am not working and staying with a 7 week old baby.I can't even ask my husband as we have to live here with his income.So what do you guys do if you have certain problem....Suggestions please

Well the problem looks to you a problem . This is what was same for me with my andhra bank credit card . Then Mahatma Gandhi blessed me . He onc wrote a sol. to
your and my problem " Payi Payi Jodu, Kharcha kum karu aur de du ". Means collect every penny , cut your spendings and give it . Hey you are in usa you can definitely do it with pennies.Just try and tell it if it works .
