Have you tried this? It is VERY good. I will include a description of what exactly it is. I do reccomend trying it. Matcha (Usucha) is green powdered tea. It is uniquely Japanese and is the highest quality tea in Japan. The tea leaves are picked by hand and are stone ground into a fine powder. Other leaves from various teas is added for diffrent flavours. Yum!!

ooh i love mattcha! i used to work in a japanese tea house that served iced mattcha lattes but i never had the chacne to taste one before the place closed down :( i love cooking with mattcha as well, and have a friend who is a great source for delicious mattcha recipes! she has made me sponge cakes, seafoam cakes, mattcha sweet potato dessert, etc. the coolest thing i ever used mattcha for was a green tea mousse! it was devine! i in fact prefer consuming mattcha in other forms than straight-out tea! (like the ones i listed, also in candy, mixed with other teas etc)
