Do you believe in an Afterlife?

What do you think happens after death? Also what, if any, Religon do you follow? There are several ideas that I have myself. I think there might be a creator, but there aren't too many strict guidelines to life. There are several religions out there, everyone or anyone can't necessarily be true. Another idea I have is that maybe my spirit is just creating everything around me and this world may not exist. Feel free to post what you believe.
