what do you say about this?
Personally, i do believe that some intelligent people have difficulty expressing their ideas. It doesn't necessary follow that because you are not good in expressing your ideas you are not intelligent at all.
How about the 7 Multiple Intelligences according to Gardner. Some of us are better in logical-mathematical intelligence, some are good in linguistic intelligence/language skills, some are expert in spatial intelligence, bodily kinesthetic intelligence, personal intelligence, musical intelligence and that so called intrapersonal intelligence. So it doesnt mean at all that because you are not good in language skills, you are Dull!

I totally agree with you about the meaning of intelligent. Some people always underestimate others who can't express themselves.

you're right. some people tend to underestimate others only because they have a hard time expressing themselves. this shouldnt be the case. our ability to express shouldnt be the measure of how intelligent are we or how dumb we really are. i know a lot of people who make premature judgment of people by the way they express their ideas.
