Well.... the Golf is very wounded. It was VW's icon... Who knows... Maybe you are predicting the future.

I don't think it will, just look at the beetle, there are so many fans of the bug (am 1 of em), the need to "mod" is still very high! =D

VW parade - April 7, 2008
Sunday
Quezon City, Philippines
I guess it will be a NO for me. It's like a question stating "IS IT THE END OF THE WORLD?" hahaha! Just yesterday, I attended a Volkswagen gathering here in Quezon City, Philippines. It's main goal is to put up the biggest number of VW cars, whatever model it is and their attempt to have a Guinness World Title Holder. There are more than 700 vintage cars who registered and participated in the parade. It is a very cool moment to see those different unique looks of these vintage cars to gather in one event. I am so happy that I become a part of it even if it only exist in my dreams to have an awesome beetle but maybe, I'll have one in the future.:)

Theres no chance of Volkswagen disappearing anytime soon. Here in Canada the Volkswagen no matter which model is very popular and reliable. I have now owned 2 Volkswagens and I love everything about them. The first Volkswagen I owed was a 94 Passat which was in mint condition when i bought it for $400. I drove this hard and nothing ever broke. I recently had an almost mint 88 Volkswagen Jetta given to me and I love it to. Its almost the exact same thing as the Passat only older and less features. The thing is Volkswagen makes a very reliable and strong car. They are stylist and very fun to drive but the down sides are they are expensive to buy new and expensive to replace parts because they are all foreign.

Never will they die! They might break down or sit for awhile but there will always be someone out there who wants to revive them!
