do you like steak?how do you want it to be cook?

I like sirloin steak, too. My favorite would have to be a Prime Cut Filet Mignon, charcoal grilled, medium rare, with nothing on it but salt and pepper, and that only put on AFTER it was grilled. To go with it I would like a baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar. For dessert I would order cheesecake.

I eat sirlion steak. My husband just got me to start eating it medium. I use to eat it well done. I have to say medium is okay.
