I watched dr. phil the other day, and i just thought he was rude, he was not very nice to his guests, what do you think, rude or truthful

He is just being truthful. He is only saying what his guests already know.

I don't find Dr Phil rude. Often, he tells the guest what they need to hear. He seems to be very upfront and direct, which some people may think is rude.
