m very fond of body building....though i've never get coaching from anyone but i know a lot abt it through ma experience....starters hmmmm, start with as much load as u can easily manage..don't apply overstress on ur body.keep it goin swiftly..then gradually increase it up.A THOUSAND STEP JOURNEY STARTS FROM THE FIRST STEP....best of luck

You need to be motivated. It will hurt a lot at first. But later on. It will be a good thing to do.

A lot of that depends on your goals. Do you want cuts, muscle or to lose weight? Rest and proper nutrition are important so don't overtrain in the hope that you will get massive in a couple of months. YOu don't need to join a gym if you are willing to sink a couple hundred dollars into some quality equipment. For the price of a one year gym membership you can get enough stuff to work out at home. That's where you need to dedicate a certain amount of time to it, one or two days a week isn't going to cut it.

Well it all depends if u like to be more to the cardio side of workouts or heavy weights. I personally do heavy weight building and it increases my stamina and body strength. If u do what i do i'll say start a few weeks with the machines they have and when u get use to that slowly build your way up to free weights. Best advice is to hire a fitness trainer for a day.
