When you go out shopping, do you always give yourself a limit as to how much money you want to spend? Do you spend more than you have?
Do you put yourself deeper into debt just to shop?
I personally always give myself a limit when I go out shopping. Sometimes I do retail therapy online. But even still, you need to set limits with yourself.

Well I usually TRY and set a limit for myself because I have a feeling I will try and go over. I usually do go over my limit though, if i see something I like I will buy it....over budget or not. I tend to get myself in some debt that way!
