lately I have had some of the strangest dreams ever. The other night I dreamt a homeless midget had broken into my house and wouldn't leave. I woke up terrified seriously and couln't go back to sleep. I live alone and I never knew but I wake up terrified in the middle of the night. I usually remember my dreams and they've been really off the wall lately so I figure thats why, but where are these dreams coming from?I have heard that eating certain foods before sleep can induce strange dreams but I don't really eat much before bed... Any ideas?

Dreams are the signs of some kind of disturbance of the mind - it can be caused by a lot of things that are giving you stress, even if you don't know or think about it them. Try to take vitamin B1, 50-250mg a day. It sounds a lot, but it can really help. You should start with 50 and gradually increase it after a couple of days, if you feel you need it. B1 generally helps the nerves to work better. And don't forget extra calcium, it is necessary when you take B1. I used to have nightmares and since I increased my B1 to 250mg per day, I don't have them at all.

If you pray then you should ask God to take these dreams from you. If you are afraid ask God to protect you and then don't be afraid anymore.LOL

Interesting dreams. I don't know what causes dreams to be what they are. But I have had some strange ones in my day as well, but I'll not get into them write now.
