what is the best filter for minimalize violence effect from television for kids you think?

This is likely to not be what you're looking for but we got rid of our TV so our children cannot be influenced by the filth, immodesty, and violence that is overpowering on it.

You answered your own question. The best filter is to take away TV and make it like candy where it can only be seen when all homework, studying, and chores are done. We must teach our children that TV isn't everything. I think it is pitiful when someone can run down a TV schedule to you.

Monitor kids what cartoons they are watching as I have observed some cartoons are very violent. Put a child lock at that chnnel.
