I think.....for me is when i reach a place on time and have to wait for friends for more than 15 min...thats really frustrates me...

I can't stand people who don't have the courtesy to understand that you have better things to do with your time than wait for them. In business, particularly in media, it's a raffle whether your time is being wasted or not. It's really insufferable. The idea seems to be that you can just sit around waiting to be blessed by their attention. It's also extremely rude, and unprofessional.
