Indian cuisine is distinguished by its sophisticated use of spices and herbs and the influence of the longstanding and widespread practice of vegetarianism in Indian society. 4 different regions have specialty of their own. Dosa(rice Pancake), Sambhar (Vegtable & spice Soup), Biryani (Mixed veg rice), n number of Cottage cheese dishes & Khichadi(Vegetarian snack-sago),Dhokla(lentil snack), Lassi(blending yogurt), Bhang(liquified cannabis), Masala Tea

I'm in Canada. we have afew canadian only foods. pemmican is a native food along with bannock. we have nanaimo bars a chocolate and coconut confection thathjad about 1000 calories perpiece that are only available in Canada, Poutine, (french fries cheese curds and gravy, it tastes better than it looks or sounds, I promise). Then ofcourse, there is the world famous Alberta Beef and Quebec and Ontario maple syrup sugar pie
