Death comes in a package

In some countries where the people are poorer, I've seen things that makes you want to scream at the world for not recognizing issues like this. A family of 5 (or less) on a small moped because cars are too expensive for them. the oldest kid sits in front of the dad, while the second kid sits between the parents, the mom being the pillion rider and holding an infant/toddler in her arms. You sympathize with them but you can't help but think "death comes in a package".
