Reggae vs Rap vs rock.. whats the differnce

is reggae closer to rock or to rap? Is it all mixed up? I'm forever having arguments on this and related topics. Help ! Guys Like you See Sean paul and for example tupac... they speak quick and have the same type of tunes! So Someone please explain to me what the difference really is..
