Does it really matters, We can gain the alerts of changes in accounts on regular basis through email, and it doesnot need any kind of special software, it is provided by paypal.

I would be doubtful over using a service like that, there are so many 'paypal' fraudsters out there that I want to log in to the genuine site to find out what I need to know, I just dont trust any other method.
