When I started this discussion, it was really to see on the average how many shoes did everyone owned. I have averaged out about 5 - 10 pairs, and I am surprised at that, I really thought having 200 - 300 pairs of shoes was in the norm. I was wrong, maybe I have to get rid of some shoes, it going to be hard, is there any help for me ?

Wow, that sure is a lot of shoes. Do you wear all of them? I have about 45 pair of shoes. Have fun with all of those shoes. Do you have favorite pairs. God Bless

Yes I have worn each and every one of them, I like to match what I am wearing. For every outfit, there's a pair of shoes. Blessings to you also. I have three closets of clothes and that dress-up. I am a female pastor and you want to look nice, I'm sure. God has been tremendously good to me.

as of now, i hate atleast 20 something pairs since i throw the shoes i don't want to wear anymore or give it to friends and relatives...
i love clothes as well..... hehehe.. and bags,too

Holy cow! That is alot of shoes. I think I have 5 pairs maybe. I don't like to keep things I don't use.

Would you believe that I have used each and every pair, I like to coordinate with what I am wearing. So I guess that makes me a clothes fanatic too !

I own 2 pairs...one for mowing the yard and basically "getting dirty" the other for going out and wearing in public...both pairs are the same type of shoe..plain black sneaker design with steel toe...when the public shoe becomes more worn out it turns into the work and mowing yard shoe...and so the cycle goes

u must be funny as well 20 years far back ,shoes u use at that time are still available u must be a good historian of shoes may be your children will inherit them lol lol lol lol lolllllllllll

I just can't see myself with one or two pairs of shoes, it doesn't register. To each his own, I can't down you for owning two or three pair, that's who you are. Be Bless

WOW I THOUGHT I WAS BAS, I OWNED 2 PAIRS FOR EVERY OUTFIT FROM BALLROOM SANDELS TO HIKING BOOTS. I THINK IT WAS AEOUND 150, BUT WHEN I MET THE MAN THAT I'M WITH NOW, SHOES DIDN'T MATTER TO ME ANYMORE AND I FIGURED IT WAS TAKING TO MUCH SPACE UP SO I PICKED MY TOP 15 PAIR AND SOLD THE REST ON EBAY. I MADE ABOUT 600.00 FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH IT'S NOT NEARLY WHAT I PAOD FOR THEM. BUT THAT'S OK BECAUSE I'M WITH THE MAN THAT I LOVE WITH ALL MY HEART AND WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER TOFETHER AND I HAVE A TON MORE CLOSET SPACE. LOL I LOVE THIS QUESIION AND ON MYLOT I ONLY ASNWER THE QUESTION I THINK I HAVE A RIGHT TO SAY SOMTHING ABOUT AND IT'S NEVER NEGATIVE. YOU PICKED A GOOD QUESTION. Thank you for that response ! I just can't give or sell any of my shoes, unless they hurt my feet. Then out the door with them, so you can say every one of them are comfortable. I have an outfit for every pair, I need them. Hope you and the love of your life are doing fine,may God Bless.

We can be best friends, but why do u have to borrow my shoes ? lol. I gained that many shoes over the years, as the style changes, I either give them away or donate them to a thrift store or something. What size do you wear ?

In the closet, under the bed, tubs of shoes, and the funny thing is, that I have worn each and every pair at least once.

well i probable have maybe 20 pairs but my mother just passed away in april and were the same shoe size and she had a lot of nice shoes there all in storage right now till i can figure out where to put them but i would say i probably now have between 100-200 pairs of shoes!

Sorry about your mom, but she left you something at least, 100 to 200 pairs of shoes! They can be valuable, if you decide to sell some of them. May God give you peace.
