Which one will work best for me?

Like many frustrated dieters, i think i tried them all-low-fat joule diets, low-fat diets, starvation diets. I'd lose maybe nine kilos and gain them right back again, plus a few more usually. I tried to play badminton 3x a week. it doesnt work. im n a big hurry to drop kilos fast. where do i want to start? what am i willing to focus on?

I wouldn't think or worry to much about which diet plan to use. The most important thing is to simply cut calories, and exercise more. One suggestion is to substitute water for any other drink, as others have calories and water doesn't. The key is to maintain exercise and reduce calories to make sure you are at a point where you are burning more then you are consuming, then you will be able to burn fat and drop weight.
