Problem:::I dont have credit card,,but parents has one,can i give that to paypal

I am in a confusion ,i am not having a credit card to get the money ,i registered with paypal and they ask for credit card number,my parents have one can i give them(paypal) that number so that i can withdraw the money deposited...pls help me to find a solution....

Paypal requires credit card for the purpose of verification of you, your address, name etc. The purpose will not be served, if you give parent's card. It is not acceptable.

do you know which paypal account is best ,i am using the paypal account for just transferring the money in paypal to ma bank.
so is it good to have a personal account or a premium account.
and can we buy on line from e bay if we have money in our paypal and not in ma bank account.how can i transfer it to the e bay account.please help out.

i am having a premier account ..will they ask for any money when i buy something from ebay.should i pay them.i am not going to sell anything thats sure.
