"Chocolates are gud" Not the human ones but the ones you get packed in Stores.

A lot of people out there love chocolates. Welcome all "chockers" to the brotherhood. Lets publish why we love these brown, not the most pretty type of food on the face of this planet. What are your statements about the goodness of chocolates. Lets see. Why do i love chocolates and what are their merits: They are good sources of protein or fat (and i am so thin). My Mom and Dad told not to eat too much of them when i was a kid (Let me see why not). They taste gud. I can go on eating them till i die of stomach ache. Now the Hard part. The Demerits: Guys are not supposed to like them. I donno why this is so, but a guy cant afford to be seen enjoying chocos. I kno a lot of guys who like and have chocos 24/7, but in the presence of a lady the whole attitude thing changes. Im that way too. Dont blame me, its in my genetic structure. Parents, Elders and everybody priveledged to have an authority are against this beautiful vegetarian food material. Its classified neither veg nor non-veg, then wat is it. Its costlier and u wont find it in moms shopping cart. AHHHH. Enjoy chocos everyone and fight for your right to have them. It must be a new fundamental right or something.

Recent studies have suggested that cocoa or dark chocolate may possess certain beneficial effects on human health. Dark chocolate, with its high cocoa content, is a rich source of the flavonoids epicatechin and gallic acid, which are thought to possess cardio protective properties. Cocoa possesses a significant antioxidant action, protecting against LDL oxidation, perhaps more than other polyphenol antioxidant rich foods and beverages. Processing cocoa with alkali destroys most of the flavonoids. Some studies have also observed a modest reduction in blood pressure and flow mediated dilation after consuming approximately 100g of dark chocolate daily. There has even been a fad diet named, "Chocolate diet", that emphasizes eating chocolate and cocoa powder in capsules. However, consuming milk chocolate or white chocolate, or drinking milk with dark chocolate, appears to largely negate the health benefit. Chocolate is also a calorie-rich food with a high fat content, so daily intake of chocolate also requires reducing caloric intake of other foods. Two-thirds of the fat in chocolate comes in the forms of a saturated fat called stearic acid and a monounsaturated fat called oleic acid. However, unlike other saturated fats, stearic acid does not raise levels of LDL cholesterol in the bloodstream. Consuming relatively large amounts of dark chocolate and cocoa does not seem to raise serum LDL cholesterol levels; some studies even find that it could lower them. NOW WHAT ARE U WAITING FOR!!!! It might seem a bad question to u my friend becoz u dont like the heavenly creation of god called by man, THE CHOCOLATES. They are the best gift that u can give ur girl anyways. And the best shake that will provide u with the right proteins to make muscles.
