no my job is not related to my course. i am entirely on the management side, that is i am working as an HR Specialist in a software firm whereas i have done my engineering in electronics and telecommunications.

well, i guess your company wanted an HR Specialist who knows very much about technicalities and not just pure management skills.

I am a Computer Science graduate and my current job is a programmer. But before I was able to work in line of my studies I also had two encoding jobs then. I am glad that I was able to find a job that is related to my course.

I am working in a field very much related to the courses I had taken. I guess that helps a lot. But for those who work in fields other than the ones they did a course on, it may all get better as time goes. Take everything as a learning experience, and pursue some course related to your job.

My first job was a Process Engineer position in Samsung Electronics Philippines...I didn't like the job and was forced to resign. I graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering so that means I must really love computers and not some heavy Mounter Machines.
Luckily, at the time when I resigned, the host company where I took up my OJT was looking for an MIS Staff...so now I can say that my job is 100% related to Computer Engineering. (^_^)

still somehow, one of your courses are related to your job now. what i mean is that you did not take any course, either short-term course, that is related to your job now. and that is computer programming. computer-related course and photoshop is computer-related. anyway, keep it up in learning flash, especially when your doing self-study only. thanks for posting.

Well my major in school was in art, and I'm an artist, so I suppose so. My minor was in English, and I make bits of money here and there writing online, so I guess I use that one too.
