"Dreamers" really TICK me off!

Have you ever known someone that has the best intentions in the world, but they are nothing more then mere "dreamers"? I am talking about the people who constantly wish for things that are out of their grasp because they simply do not put enough effort in the situation to make their dreams come true. I am talking about the people who are always broke because they continously quit their jobs and do not know how to handle their money. I am talking about people who always say something like " I'm doing the best that I can", or, "I tried" - but you know they really did not. I am talking about people who always have a freaking excuse for everything - no matter what it is. EGGHHHH! These types of "dreamers" really TICK me off! Do you know people like this? What kind of emotions do these types of people induce in you?

Yes, I know people like this. They are mostly high ranking democrats and republicans holding elective office! It is absolutely maddening at times. The primary emotion these types of people induce in me is sadness for the electorate that continues to be fooled by these people and returns them to office. Thanks, for asking the question. This is something I felt like saying.

I am glad that this discussion allowed you to get something off your chest too! I appreciate your input. I never really thought of it connected to an electoral office, but now I can see where you are coming from. Very interesting perception. Thank you, again, for commenting!

As stated in my original post, I am talking about the "dreamers" that do not do what is required to accomplish their dreams.

I think the most successful type of people are a combination of dreamer AND doer. Haven't met too many people myself who fit your description, I guess I've met more people who are the opposite--they are doers who have no dreams! They're so busy keeping their nose to the grindstone that they never really think of what they want out of life or whether they're on a path that they want to be on.

Yes, you are right but the people who lack the "doer" annoy me.

Yes, I agree. As stated in my original discussion: "I am talking about the people who constantly wish for things that are out of their grasp because they simply do not put enough effort in the situation to make their dreams come true. "
