Where are you from (country or region of US) and what are the popular names you here around you for little kids?
I am always curious about what are popular in other countries. I remember in college I worked with a lot of foreign students. On was from Sri Lanka and his name was Hasanka and someone asked him if it was a popular name. He said he had never heard anyone with his name before, but Asanka was popular. I found that interesting.

I had not heard my little girls' name just variations of it till she was born. After she was born I turn my head because I hear her name all over the place. I'm spelling it different on here than really how we spell it. It's Jaden.

Judging by the birth notices in our local paper, these seem to be very popular at the moment:- Keira, Jared/Jarred, Josh/Joshua, Daniel, Amber, Cameron
