Can people act bad while they are good at heart.

This is really complicated question and hard to answer, I think there is no easy way to say who is only bad from the outside but will always carry the good heart inside and who will swing between the two sides being bad at times even with the people who he loves and they love him too. You can only judge each person alone after you get to know them well and there is no rule that will fit to all, at many times people become rough despite their good heart because of many hardships and trauma they had (especially as kids/teens) and it's not easy to change the way they are.

I believe that you can be truly good at heart and make some bad decisions. Though the only time you know if a person making these decisions is truly good at heart is if they feel bad for what they have done, pure concience, and i think that most feel that, but it depends on the person who it's more dominant in. if you know someone in a bad spot, and you think that there's a way they could actually be a good person, you need to stay by their side, because that's what friends are for, and without friends, they might do something a lot worse. well im like this only...good at heart bt becomes very bad for others bt my nearones specially my wife know me better.
