Iraquian crimes - what do you think? / myLot

Since the soldiers from all around the world are in the Iraq it is impossible to prevent them from making harm to Iraqians and from making a crimes. There are surely some rapes, innocent killings, steal etc problems in th Iraq by the soliders ,also by the USA soliders. So my question is what caused these crimes and how to prevent them ?

i think that troops in iraq are making many harm to the villagers there - there are surely rapes , assaults etc. and for me it should be punished to limit it as much as possible
