scholership in science

What are the procedures for getting a scholership in science? What certificates are required like TOEFL or IELTS

TOEFL or IELTS is just a means to test your englsih language, it wont help you to get scholarship

WEll am not exactly aware but i know that for going outside your country you will have to give english profiency tests ie. TOEFL and IELTS the scores depends from university to uni!

If you are going ot the US to study you would need to take the TOEFL before being accepted into a college. The TOEFL would not be a part of getting the scholarship.
