His duties included determining customers' investment services needs and objectives. Based on his study he recommended suitable products and services to the clients to meet their requirements. He contacted prospective customers and offered various investment products available in India. He was in charge of developing prospects and referrals from the firm's current client base, referral leads, sales seminars and trade shows. Mr. Deshmukh received short training in studying market trends and fluctuations and relaying the same information to the clients. He advised clients on market volatility and how to protect them from unlimited downside risk. He made sales presentations to people from various parts of India on different financial products available. He received short training in cost analysis and profitability trends. During his tenure with us, I found him to be a very diligent and an extremely hardworking person. He is a very positive person who is dedicated to his work and his clients.
