Who really operates myLot?

I have been reading many posts on how myLot works and I think it was a genius idea. In fact, it is so fast growing! I wonder who came up with "myLot" and if it has employees working from home or at an office to monitor us. I am very happy with them so far since I noticed this morning that for 26 posts I got payed fair enough! It has kept me very motivated. But who really are the judges of how we will be paid? And how are they being monitored to assure that they are judging properly by assigning a fair amount of cents per post?

That's a mystery to everybody I guess..It's quite funny though...You know, if you think of it, it looks like this: there is an endless source of money dedicated to they mylot users; this source is given to the users for the simple task to write their opinions. That is funny, isn't it?:))
