I have an active toddler and I am a work at home mom. Any ideas on things to do to keep her busy while mom tries to get some stuff done?

Have you tried play dough? It keeps my kids busy for hours if I would let them! Kool Aid Play Dough 3 cups flour ½ cups salt 2 regular Kool-Aid Packages (not the pre-sweetened kind) 2 cups boiling water Mix dry ingredients together. Add boiling water. Mix. Knead on floured board. Add more flour to achieve desired consistency. This play dough will last for a long time in an air tight container. I have made orange, grape and green apple. The orange and grape have an awesome fragrance when you are done!

You could eat it - since there is nothing toxic in it - but I don't know that it would taste that good with all that salt... LOL

I would use a playpen and give toys to play with in the playpen but not leave totally unsupervised

that worked until she learned how to climb out of it.
