Stars next to names?

Okay I keep seeing stars by people's names and I have no idea what they mean. Are the numbers for how many best responces you have? @_@

I think they are a rating-type of thing. You only get one after you have 100 posts. I think it has to do with the +'s and -'s. It is supposed to be what type of rating the members give your answers. I'm pretty sure you can find out alot more on the Mylot FAQ page.
