Can u tell me how to slim down

I am little bit fat and want to slim down. I want to cut down 5 kgs at least. Can u suggest me means how to achieve my goal .

first you need to ask yourself, why do you overeat? most eating issues are psychological instead of just food issues. If you just recently had a baby, and are trying to loose baby fat, you probably wont have too much trouble. But if your weight increase came from depression, hiding pain, or any psychological issues, you need to address those or be very conscious of these when trying to satisfy yourself by eating. Excercise is also important. You dont have to do rigourous exercise, but just keep moving. Park further away when in a store, so that you can walk further and get some exercise that way. Join a gym and take some aerobic classes. Join a support group that will support you with your goals. Eat healthy, cut out as much sugar as possible, white bread, regular pasta (eat wheat pasta instead), sodas (big thing), drink lots of water (6-8 0z glasses of water). Eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks in between, make sure the snacks are healthy. Stop eating two hours before going to bed at night. If you do this, your body will start eating the FAT in your body instead of you feeding it more carbs in order to satisfy your hunger. Go to bed early so that you dont have to fight the desire to eat late at night. I hope this helps you.

Buy beautiful dreeses...look at them daily and see urself wearing them...And most important keep a control on what u eat..

try to cut out carbs from your diet, eat healthy food. drink a lot of water and most imp exercise regularly.
