i dont think islamabad because islamabad is a small city and there is not much opportunities for the employees. I think karachi is the best as it is called a " City of Lights ". karachi is the best because the people have more time for amusements and there is a large number of opportunities here as it is big city and it is ranked as tha 11th largest city of the world
