Serenity Movie

I agree with you. They do remind me of the Urukhais from LOTR. When I heard the series was out on DVD I did not hesitate to buy it. However, I read an article that stated that discussions are being made to bring firefly back and to produce another movie. So keep your fingers crossed.

was my choice for best movie of 2005...such a fun surprise to have gone and seen at the theatre. Best of 2006 = FEAST

Man I love love love this show! Unfortunately I didn't watch it when it was on but my sister recommended and let me borrow the box set! After the first dvd I went out and bought Serenity! Both are just excellent! I have watched them all many many many times!

Want to know something funny. I know Nathan Fillion. I am friends with his brother as Nathan's brother and I play on the same volleyball team. I see him every Tuesday. I guess they went to Alanis Morissette and Ryan Reynolds house for New Year's Eve. He said it was awesome.

I didn't like Serenity as much as I liked Firefly. It just felt a lot was left open and it created more questions than answers. However the reavers was the difference, they explained them well and I thought that was a good touch to the movie.

Oh yea, this movie was outstanding. People could even enjoy the movie without seeing the series first. I loved the mix of comedy, drama, action, and western all in one. One second you were tearing up, and then the next second you were laughing. You can't go wrong with a movie like that. Fox cancels all that is good. I really dislike their network, and have stopped watching it all together. Not only did they not give Firefly a chance at all, but they also canceled a pretty darn good show called Reunion. I mean it wasn't ground breaking, but it was a fresh new story and they did the same thing they did with Firefly. Boo on them.
