Does anyone here write songs

I haven't written any songs in a long time, but a friend of mine recently did a video of me from one of my songs for a class he is taking. I made a copy of the video for a friend of mine who played for her family and they loved it. They go around singing it all the time. It makes me want to start writing songs again.
